They went above and beyond when they noticed me buying flowers for my wife's birthday. Without hesitation, they organized a surprise room service, complete with a delicious cake and chilled champagne. It was a heartfelt gesture that left a lasting impact. We loved Kahina!! She was amazing. From her initial welcome to the very end, she was attentive and helpful. Though working on her own at the desk, and being extremely overwhelmed with other arriving guests and departing ones, she still managed to make us feel special and attend to our needs. Even to the point of getting our luggage personally and taking it to our taxi on our departure. Thankyou Kahina!! If we ever come back it will be because of her and the location of the hotel. What a gem!!

Location was good, nearby to popular cafes and walking distance to see the Eiffel tower. Staff was very polite and welcoming. House keeping also was very well done.

We had an amazing stay at Le Metropolitan. the staff has been extremely helpful with helping me prepare my proposal and we really felt well taken care of during our whole stay. The suite we booked had a beautiful view over the Eiffel Tower. We loved the atmosphere of the hotel and friendliness of the staff.
