Though working on her own at the desk, and being extremely overwhelmed with other arriving guests and departing ones, she still managed to make us feel special and attend to our needs. Even to the point of getting our luggage personally and taking it to our taxi on our departure. Thankyou Kahina!! If we ever come back it will be because of her and the location of the hotel. What a gem!!
